Since its creation in 2006, Workplace Pride has organised a major gathering per year which we call our “International Conference”.  This pivotal event, usually hosted in the Netherlands, explores the most pressing topics with LGBTI workplace inclusion on a global basis as well as their implications locally and per organisation. Bringing more than 300 of our members and stakeholders from around the world together, the International Conference offers an effective and exciting blend of speakers, interactive workshops and extensive networking opportunities. 

Each International Conference has a unique theme that focuses attention on specific issues such as ‘Sustainability’, the meaning of ‘Inclusion’, and opportunities in a challenging legal and cultural environments; all within the greater context of LGBTI workplace inclusion. These highly-interactive events target a broad range of participants from senior decision-makers from business and government to grass-roots LGBTI network leaders,  activists and academics.

The binding factor for all participants though is their mutual desire to improve the world of work for LGBTI people, both inside and outside of their workplaces.
