DEAR READER,

With the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT) just behind us, Workplace Pride is right with the flow with a number of engaging activities. Leiden University’s International
Bachelor students presented fascinating projects to consider, a new LGBTI workplace initiative called GLAS has started in Bulgaria, and our own Tech@Workplace Pride brings the focus to technically oriented LGBTI people.

Despite all of the activity, don’t lose sight of the Global Benchmark deadline on May 31st, and the International Conference in Brussels scheduled for June 23rd.

LGBTI workplace inclusion has never been more top of mind for the community, businesses and governments. Together, let’s make sure that it stays there.

Driving Business Excellence in Bulgaria

The initiator of the event and Chairman of the GLAS Foundation (Gays and Lesbians Accepted in Society), Simeon Vasilev, has been instrumental in motivating the entire LGBT community in the country to see this type of cooperation in the workplace as a new avenue for progress.
