Dear Readers,

Workplace Pride continues to influence workplaces around the world with the message of greater inclusion for LGBT people. Our conference on August 23rd held at Shell’s offices in Manila was a great example of this. Right at 200 participants from many different national and global companies (Including our members SAP and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs) took part in this ground-breaking event which set the tone for LGBT inclusion in the Philippine workplace. It also saw the beginning of a new cross-company LGBT workplace initiative in the country that will bring NGO’s, and both public and private sector organizations together on this topic. THIS  type of progress and lasting change is what Workplace Pride is all about!

To keep this momentum going in your own organization, don’t forget to recognize those that are doing so much good work by sending in your nominations for the 2017 Leadership Awards Gala! (details below).

Happy Reading!
