DEAR READER,

With Summer drawing to a close, we can all look back at a full yet turbulent time in which LGBTI topics were all over the news. From a transformational Pride-Walk, Gender-neutral toilets, Transgenders being potentially banned from the US Military, gay and lesbian Prime Ministers in Ireland and Serbia to same-sex marriage being recognized in Malta, the topic of LGBTI in society was omnipresent!

Good for the workplace of-course as it draws attention to the constant need to raise awareness about LGBTI inclusion and how employers AND employees can cooperate to create more equitable workplaces for everyone. This theme continues with Workplace Pride events in Manila in August, our upcoming Leadership Awards Gala in October and the recent signatories to the Declaration of Amsterdam.

Stay tuned for many new topics and challenges that will surely keep up all on our toes with LGBTI Workplace Inclusion!

Executive Director
