Let’s show the power of inclusive workplaces and demonstrate our shared commitment to creating a world where everyone can be themselves. \nEvent Details\n📅 Saturday\, 8 August 2026 \n🕑 Gathering: From 3:00 PM at Martin Luther King Park \n🚶 March begins: 4:00 PM \n📍 Finish: Museumplein\, followed by the WorldPride Closing Concert at 5:30 PM \nWhy Join?\nBy marching together\, you will: \n\nStand in solidarity with LGBTIQ+ communities worldwide.\nCelebrate diversity\, inclusion\, and belonging.\nWalk alongside Workplace Pride members\, partners\, and allies from across the globe.\nHelp amplify the message that everyone deserves to live and work free from discrimination.\n\nThroughout the march\, flags representing countries where homosexuality remains criminalised serve as a powerful reminder that the fight for equality continues. The march is informed by data from ILGA World and 76 Crimes\, highlighting the importance of global advocacy and collective action. \nA Special Thank You\nAs a thank you for joining the Workplace Pride delegation\, every participant will receive a special surprise from us (While Stocks Last!). Building on 2025 insights\, it uses real examples to show how managers shape team culture\, respond to real situations\, and foster psychological safety through practical\, inclusive leadership. \nSession 3\nTitle: The era of AI in Inclusion \nArtificial Intelligence is on the top of everyone’s mind now\, but the impact for the LGBTIQ+ community goes beyond just potentially discriminatory algorithms. This highly interactive session explores how AI can be used to promote greater inclusion of the LGBTIQ+ community so that both they and the organisations that employ them can have the upper hand with one of the most important developments of our time.  \nSession 4\nTitle: The Multiplier Effect: Creating Impact Through Partnerships \nFilled with practical\, lived examples\, this session explores how partnering with other organisations can strengthen the impact of LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace. This session explores practical strategies for leading difficult conversations\, fostering psychological safety\, and driving meaningful inclusion through confident\, authentic leadership. \nSession 9\nTitle: The Intersectionality of Communities: Driving Workplace Inclusion \nThis breakout session brings together Workplace Pride communities\, including Academia\, PoC\, Tech\, Trans+\, Women\, and Young\, to explore how intersectional collaboration strengthens LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion.
