This fact has become even more evident in the current COVID-19 pandemic.  At this crucial juncture in our history, LGBTI Women have the power and should seize the opportunity to claim a strategic position in society. 

But how are female leaders doing that right now? What are the ideas to maintain visibility in the future and how can we continue to include all LGBTI women in this process? This webinar explores how LGBTI women can have their voices heard about the future of work, their place in the community, and their place in politics as we all adjust to the new post-pandemic reality.
