About the Conference
Despite Brazil’s progressive legal protections, LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace remains a pressing challenge. Transgender individuals, in particular, face limited opportunities in the formal labor market, while stigma and intersecting racial dynamics create additional barriers in this diverse society.
To address these challenges, Workplace Pride will host “LGBTIQ+ Workplace Inclusion in Brazil: A Workplace Evolution” in São Paulo. This interactive, full-day conference will bring together major employers, international experts, and representatives from Brazil’s vibrant LGBTIQ+ civil society. Participants will explore practical strategies to build inclusive workplaces that anticipate future societal and business shifts.
The event will take place on 26 March, 2026, and will be co-hosted by Workplace Pride Members ABB, Accenture, Cargill, and Sodexo, organisations dedicated to creating workplaces where all employees, including those from the LGBTIQ+ community, can thrive authentically.
