De Nederlandsche Bank, Frederiksplein 61, Amsterdam
Join us on 15 May at De Nederlandsche Bank in Amsterdam for a thought-provoking Workplace Pride Member Event exploring the role of central banks and financial supervisors in advancing LGBTIQ+ inclusion in both the workplace and society at large. As global support for LGBTIQ+ communities declines—evident in rising hostility, online abuse, and the rollback of hard-won rights—these developments also impact professionals within financial institutions. This full-day event brings together experts, policymakers, and community voices to examine how central banks and regulators can act as visible allies and catalysts for inclusion in an increasingly polarized world.
Several central banks and financial supervisors in the EU already have LGBTIQ+ employee resource groups (ERGs) in place for many years, while others have recently started ERGs or are considering doing that – and some do not offer any space for such a network. At DNB Pride, we see this conference as an opportunity to be inspired and strengthened in our commitment to LGBTIQ+ inclusion from within central banks and financial supervisors, to learn from each other’s experience, and to create a ‘network of LGBTIQ+ networks’ that will facilitate further exchange and collaboration in the future.
The DNB Pride network invites you to attend this full day conference, which will be moderated by Marion Mulder (FutureMaker, AI & Conscious Innovation). We will have three keynote speakers, five interactive workshops, a panel discussion and an art tour for you.

We are proud to have the following inspiring keynote speakers:

Panel Discussion
We will have a panel discussion that will focus on some challenging topics, such as how can the “pink ceiling” be broken? and creating an intersectional approach to inclusion. Networking Reception
