Transition Leave Conference

More and more organisations are looking to implement transition leave policies, as it is important that transgender people transitioning at work receive the right support. But how do you design such leave policies? And how do you avoid potential obstacles? We will discuss these questions and more at the Transition Leave Conference on Thursday, 24 October, organised by Transgender Network in collaboration with Workplace Pride member Ahold Delhaize and COC.

- 15:10: Panel with employees who have taken transition leave and professionals who have developed such leave policies
- 16:15: Presentation of new toolkits for transition leave and transition guidelines

The conference will take place at Ahold Delhaize’s headquarters in Zaandam. This location is just a short distance from Amsterdam, within walking distance of Zaandam intercity station, and easily accessible by public transport or car.
