Transwerkt – Trans Re-integration in the Workplace Webinar

We are pleased to invite you to the 12th live webinar in our “Keeping Members Connected” series next Thursday!
Petra van Dijk from Trans Werkt Nederland will be joined by Remke Verdegem (she,her) board member (work and education) of TNN (Transgender Netwerk Nederland).
As a starting point to the discussion, Remke will provide an overview of the Dutch situation for trans people in the workplace and their socio-economic position. She will also share her perspectives on discrimination in the workplace. Furthermore, she will be talking about some suggestions from TNN such as ‘transitional leave’ (akin to maternity leave) and the improvement of medical care for trans people.
As always with our webinars there’ll be a live Q&A section from the viewers which always deepens an already fascinating format.
