Job Title: Digital Design Specialist: 16 hours per week

Location: Remote with one office day per week (location dependent)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Design Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, experience with creating banners, and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp and WordPress. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, can multitask efficiently, and thrives in an agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing digital designs for various platforms, including banners for websites and social media.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Update and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and visually engaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design strategies and campaigns.
• Participate in one in-office day per week to collaborate and align with the team (location dependent).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Mailchimp and WordPress is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Agile, self-starter, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
