The WorldPride March is more than a celebration—it is a global call for equality, visibility, and human rights. Together, we march in solidarity with LGBTQIA+ communities around the world, including the millions of people who still cannot live openly or safely because of who they are or who they love.
As part of the Workplace Pride community, we invite you to join us as we walk together through the streets of Amsterdam during WorldPride Amsterdam 2026. Let’s show the power of inclusive workplaces and demonstrate our shared commitment to creating a world where everyone can be themselves.

Throughout the march, flags representing countries where homosexuality remains criminalised serve as a powerful reminder that the fight for equality continues. The march is informed by data from ILGA World and 76 Crimes, highlighting the importance of global advocacy and collective action.
