Workplace Pride warmly invites our Members to Member Exchange Session 3, an informal online conversation about turning the People of Colour Vision Paper into meaningful action.
From research to impact
Since the launch of the Vision Paper for the People of Colour community, its findings have sparked important conversations among our members about how we can turn research and insights into practical change.
In this session, we will explore how to build on that momentum and move from the paper’s recommendations towards implementation and impact within organisations.
Together, we will discuss:
- How the findings can be translated into core business objectives and processes
- How allies can support this work
- The specific experiences and challenges faced by POC expats
- How POC spaces and events, such as the Fenix Museum gathering on 23 September, can help amplify the work
- What opportunities exist to sustain this work and create lasting impact
- What our community needs in 2026 to take the next steps
