Leaders unite in Warsaw to advance inclusive leadership and unlock workplace potential

On 12 June 2026, Workplace Pride brought together business leaders, policymakers, diversity professionals, and civil society organisations in Warsaw for Accelerating Workplace Belonging in Poland: Unlocking Potential Through Inclusive Leadership. Hosted by ING Hubs Poland, the conference focused on one central question: How can organisations create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive?

As Poland’s business landscape continues to evolve, organisations are recognising that inclusion extends beyond compliance. Creating environments where people experience psychological safety, belonging, and equal opportunity is increasingly seen as a key driver of innovation, engagement, and sustainable business success.

The conference provided a platform for participants to exchange practical strategies, share experiences, and explore how inclusive leadership can help organisations unlock the full potential of their people. Discussions highlighted the importance of embedding belonging into organisational culture and ensuring that LGBTIQ+ employees and other marginalised communities can contribute authentically and confidently in the workplace.

The event began with an evening networking reception hosted by His Excellency Ambassador Jennes de Mol at the Residence of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Warsaw. The reception offered participants the opportunity to connect ahead of the conference and set the stage for meaningful dialogue throughout the following day.

Workplace Pride extends its sincere thanks to ING Hubs Poland for hosting the conference and to all speakers, partners, and supporters whose contributions made the event possible. Special appreciation goes to:
