🌍 International Conference
Since 2015, the Workplace Pride International Conference has brought together global thought leaders, changemakers, and allies to advance LGBTIQ+ inclusion in workplaces worldwide.
Held annually in collaboration with corporate and civil society partners, the conference addresses both local and international challenges, reflecting the diverse cultural and legal contexts of our members’ operations.

✨ Impact Awards Gala
The Workplace Pride Impact Awards Gala celebrates the individuals and organisations driving meaningful progress in LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion.
This flagship evening of recognition, storytelling, and connection shines a spotlight on initiatives that promote equality, respect, and belonging at work.

❤️ Stories from the Heart
Our Stories from the Heart series gives voice to LGBTIQ+ activists and advocates from around the world. These storytellers — many involved in the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Building Bridges programme — share personal experiences and lessons that inspire solidarity and understanding.

💼 Global Leaders Council (GLC) (4 per year)
Launched in 2018, the GLC convenes quarterly to unite senior decision-makers from member organisations. It offers a trusted forum to share best practices, discuss strategic LGBTIQ+ inclusion, and address global and national workplace challenges.
