What are the membership fees for 2024?
Commencing January 1st, 2024, our membership fees will be as follows: €7,000 for Foundation Members, €13,500 for Foundation Partners, and €22,500 for Foundation Leaders. These membership fees are designed to enable us to uphold the quality of your experience, sustain our infrastructure, and provide improved services that cater to your evolving requirements. As our membership has grown, our pricing structure corresponds to the resources necessary for effectively serving our expanding community.
What are the membership fees for 2024 if I am from Academia/Government/Non-Profit?
Commencing January 1st, 2024, our membership fees for organisations from Academia, Government, or Non-profits will be as follows: €6,000 for Foundation Members, €12,000 for Foundation Partners, and €20,000 for Foundation Leaders.
What is the duration of the membership?
The membership runs in alignment with the calendar year, January 1st – December 31st.
Can I receive a discount if I pay before December 31st, 2023?
Certainly, if you choose to renew your membership or become a new member and make your payment prior to December 31st, 2023, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the membership fees.
What does the starter kit include?
The Starter Kit includes information about The Global Benchmark, access to Learning and Development programs, details about upcoming Events, and an introduction to our various Communities.
What is the first-year bonus for Foundation Members?
As a first-year bonus, members gain access to a module from our comprehensive L&D program, enhancing their learning experience.
How can I access tailored information support?
Foundation Members can access easily understandable Info sheets that provide key insights on The Global Benchmark, L&D programs, unique knowledge on specific topics, and an overview of our Communities.
How does the Online Visibility benefit work?
Members enjoy enhanced online visibility on our website, online events, and international events, based on their membership level. This showcases their support and commitment to the Foundation. Additionally, member communications are amplified through our social channels.
What is the “triage” system for information access?
The “triage” system allows members to access valuable content not readily available in the public section of the website, improving their access to important information.
Can you explain the Structured Planning Meetings?
Members have the opportunity to participate in structured planning meetings with their dedicated Relationship Manager annually. These meetings encourage collaboration and input from members into the direction of the organisation.
How does the Learning & Development Program benefit work?
Foundation Members can access the L&D Program at a discounted rate per Module of €1,850 ex VAT allowing them to enhance their skills and knowledge. Non-members pay €2,500 ex VAT per module.
What is the Global Benchmark and how can I participate?
The Workplace Pride Global Benchmark is an online tool designed to measure the LGBTIQ+ policies and practices for internationally active employers. Created in 2014, The Global Benchmark addresses the needs of organisations who are faced with implementing global D&I and LGBTIQ+ policies in countries where obstacles such as legal frameworks or cultural norms make it hard to do so. Members can participate in the Global Benchmark for free. Non-members pay €3,000 ex VAT per participation.
How does Strategic Networking happen for members?
Members have exclusive opportunities to engage with other Foundation Members, Partners, and Leaders at events like member exchanges, the Global Leaders Council, and other exclusive events, fostering valuable connections and collaborations.
What are the Workplace Pride Impact Awards?
The Workplace Pride Impact Awards celebrate achievements and promote inclusivity. All members are welcome to attend, with select tiers offering complimentary tickets for an enhanced experience.
Can you explain the Exclusive Roundtable Access?
Foundation Partners and Leaders receive invitations to the bi-annual Strategic Executive Roundtable, where they can engage in high-level discussions with their peers, shaping the direction of the LGBTIQ+ workplace movement.
How does Leadership Visibility work?
Members have the opportunity to be part of the Speakers Academy, allowing them to and sharing their expertise at prestigious events.
How is Prominent Recognition offered to members?
Leaders’ valuable insights and contributions are highlighted through videos on the foundation’s website. Additionally, they receive automatic sponsorship visibility at international events, showcasing their dedicated support.
