The Mentorship Programme

The Mentorship Program is the cornerstone of Young@Workplace Pride. This annual initiative supports young professionals through direct mentorship and reverse mentoring opportunities, pairing participants based on their development goals and expertise. Registrations are now closed for the 2025/26 cycle and will open again next September 2026.

What makes our Mentorship Program unique:

  • More than 60 participants from 15+ countries are currently involved.
