About the Exhibition
The Rainbow Lions network started in 2004 as GALA (Gay and Lesbian Alliance). Together with the Historical Archive ING, this new exhibition showcases more than 20 years of courage, visibility, and change within ING.
The exhibition highlights how colleagues have stood up, spoken out, and made LGBTIQ+ inclusion a reality. Celebrating major milestones—such as winning the award for Best Presentation at the 2015 Amsterdam Canal Parade and achieving Advocate rank in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark—this tour offers an inspiring visit exploring themes of visibility, inclusion, and pride. Come feel the progress and the pride behind it!
