2026 Workplace Pride Annual Members’ Meeting & New Year’s Reception

On behalf of the Foundation Board, we would like you to Save The Date for the Workplace Pride Annual Members’ Meeting and New Year’s Reception, taking place at the ING office in Amsterdam. The meeting will review the Foundation’s accomplishments in 2025 and outline plans for 2026.

This event is generously hosted by Leader Member ING.

Venue Address: ING Headquarters – Cedar Building, Bijlmerdreef 106, 1102 CT Amsterdam

Parking at ING Building:
Limited parking is available only through pre-registration and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email mauricio@workplacepride.org with your name and vehicle registration before 2pm Monday 19th.

Nearby Parking Facilities:
Additional parking is available at P21, P22, and P23. We recommend booking in advance via the Q-Park website.

Public Transport:
The nearest station is Bijlmer-Arena, served by train, metro, and bus. The office is approximately a 5-minute walk from the station.

Bicycle:
The ING Cedar office offers extensive bike parking, including a large, dedicated underground facility.

The Annual Members’ Meeting will be streamed from 18:30 – 19:30. Entry to the online event is for members only. A recording of the meeting will be made available in the member area after the event has taken place.
