What is Workplace Pride’s Learning & Development programme?

It is a set of structured training modules designed to help organisations build more LGBTIQ+ inclusive workplaces. The content is tied to the Global Benchmark so you can pick modules that match your organisational needs.

How much does it cost to become a member?

Our membership fees are as follows: €7,000 for Foundation Members, €13,500 for Foundation Partners, and €22,500 for Foundation Leaders. These membership fees are designed to enable us to uphold the quality of your experience, sustain our infrastructure, and provide improved services that cater to your evolving requirements.

What are the membership fees if I am from Academia/Government/Non-Profit?

Our membership fees for organisations from Academia, Government, or Non-profits will be as follows: €6,000 for Foundation Members, €12,000 for Foundation Partners, and €20,000 for Foundation Leaders.

What is the duration of the membership?

The membership runs in alignment with the calendar year, January 1st – December 31st.

Can I receive a discount if I renew before December 31st, 2026?

Certainly, if you choose to renew your membership for 2026 and make your payment before December 31st, 2025, you will be eligible for a 5% discount on the membership fees.
