“Uniting Polish business, diplomats, and civil society to build a culture of belonging that turns inclusive leadership into a competitive advantage.”
The Polish business landscape is at a defining crossroads. As legal frameworks evolve and social expectations shift, the mandate for corporate leaders has transitioned from basic compliance to the active cultivation of talent. At the heart of this effort is the understanding that human potential is only fully realised in environments of psychological safety and authentic belonging – one which includes LGBTIQ+ and all other marginalised people.
Workplace Pride’s conference ‘Accelerating Workplace Belonging in Poland‘ will address the need for modern talent and inclusive workplaces while ensuring sustainable business growth. It will explore how every professional—regardless of their intersecting identities—can contribute their full selves and their best work to Poland’s future, demonstrating how progress can be both inclusive as well as credible. The goal is simple: ‘To unlock the full potential of our people’.
The full-day conference will take place on 12 June, 2026, it will be hosted by ING in Poland and supported by other Workplace Pride member organisations. These organisations share our commitment to fostering workplaces where all employees, including those from the LGBTIQ+ community, can be authentically themselves.
Registration will open in April.
