Volunteer at the 2026 Pride Village during WorldPride Amsterdam!

Workplace Pride is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support us at the 2026 Pride Village at Museumplein. The Pride Village is an incredible, high-energy hub for both the local and international community to connect with our foundation. We will be front and centre sharing our efforts supporting LGBTIQ+ inclusion at work worldwide, promoting our events, and launching our vision for the future.

Volunteering with us is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on event experience, directly engage with the global LGBTIQ+ community, and contribute to a historic WorldPride celebration from the very inside.

What We Offer Our Volunteers

• Ambassador Experience: Gain valuable experience serving as an official ambassador of the Workplace Pride Foundation, representing our mission on a global stage.
• Exclusive Apparel: Receive a special, exclusive 20th anniversary edition T-shirt of the Workplace Pride Foundation.
• Incredible Networking: Connect directly with international activists, professionals, and community leaders.

Event Details

• Dates: Tuesday, 4 August – Saturday, 8 August 2026 (Please note: We will not participate on Friday, 7 August due to our International Conference).
• Location: Pride Village, Museumplein, Amsterdam
• Volunteers Needed: 6 (or fewer, if volunteers sign up for multiple shifts!)
• Tasks Include: Welcoming and talking to visitors, sharing information about our community, providing beverages, distributing merchandise, signing people up for our newsletter, gathering donations, selling International Conference tickets, and helping with booth setup/take-down.
