Promoting intersex workplace inclusion enhances diversity, fosters a supportive environment, and improves employee well-being. Including intersex and professionals in the workplace involves an environment where all employees feel respected and valued, regardless of their identities. It also promotes a more innovative and dynamic work culture by embracing diverse perspectives and talents. In the next member exchange session, the participant will gain an understanding of the difference between sex and gender. Moreover, the participants will learn about the organisational benefits of an inclusive work culture for intersex professionals.

At Workplace Pride we hold regular member exchanges.
