Declaration of Amsterdam

Since 2011, after Workplace Pride Amsterdam first developed the Declaration of Amsterdam, meaningful progress has been made for LGBTIQ+ people around the world. However, many LGBTIQ+ employees continue to face discrimination, harassment, and discomfort in the workplace. For over a decade, Workplace Pride has been striving to push the boundaries of LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace. Signing the Declaration of Amsterdam is a positive for a business to start theirLGBTIQ+ inclusive journey. This document will introduce the why and how your organization will benefit from signing the Declaration of Amsterdam.

Inclusive corporate cultures where LGBTIQ+ employees feel valued, can be their authentic selves and realize their full potential
