Workplace Pride 2023 International Conference

Workplace Pride invites you to our 2023 International Conference on May 26th at the Spoorwegmuseum in Utrecht, The Netherlands. This annual gathering of many stakeholders highlights the progress the LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion movement continues to make worldwide. But, likewise, there continues to be relentless challenges for the LGBTIQ+ community, some of which even threaten our safety and well-being.
Our stakeholders often face various dilemmas, such as: Which regions do we reach out to? Which laws and cultural practices are valid? How do we identify ourselves and our community members? Our decisions will likely influence policies, practices, and individuals for years to come.
This year’s conference theme is ‘Tracks of Change: Defining the future of LGBTIQ+ Workplace Inclusion’, and what a fitting venue inside the Spoorwegmuseum!
Speakers and sessions at the conference will address topics such as:
