For this webinar, our focus is the Transgender community. A specific subgroup within the LGBT sphere that deals with the complex process of 

transition. For many people, COVID-19 means “quarantine” but for anyone who needs medical care the impact is far greater and more serious.

How can we as colleagues and employers make sure that Transgender colleagues feel included in the workplace when they are going through such a significant and life altering process ?

Objectives

• During this webinar we will explain the various phases of the transgender transition process
• explore the effect of the transition on the workplace
• real life experiences of transition on the workplace
• explain why transgenders need special attention during COVID-19
• learn from experiences from other Workplace Pride Members
