We invite your submissions for a research talk.

Please submit your abstract summarizing your findings, detailing their relevance to the study of LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion, and indicating their practical implications (if there are any). Abstracts should be in the English language and may be a maximum of 200 words in length.

Abstracts will be assessed in terms of their relevance to the study of LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion and their scholarly quality. We will also take the diversity of presenters and disciplines into account. Submissions are encouraged from a wide variety of disciplines including but not limited to law, economics, psychology, and sociology, so long as they relate directly to the Conference’s theme.

We would like the conference to be accessible to everyone. We hope the online nature of the conference and the absence of participation fees contribute to this. We will additionally make sure to ask presenters to articulate clearly to accommodate participants with a hearing impairment. We very much welcome your suggestions for how we can be more inclusive. Please contact us at [email protected].
